From the Teacher
The first few weeks of Term One have been fantastic in Room
19! It has been so pleasing to see all students settling into our class
routines so quickly. I have been extremely pleased with the students’ manners
and willingness to learn. The effort each and every student has put into their
learning so far has been amazing to see! Here are some photos of our class in
action.

Reminders
- Library is on Thursdays. Please make sure you return your books to be changed or renewed.
- Homework is marked and given out every Monday. There is no need to bring your folder/book to class every day, however, it is a great idea to keep it in your school bag so you don’t forget it every Monday.
- Room 19 has a Sport incursion based on cricket skills. Please be sure to return the permission slip. No payment is needed.
- Early close is at 2.30pm every Tuesday.
Room 19 and 21's Assembly
We started the year off with hosting the first Junior
Assembly in Week 3 with a theme on ‘Australia’. It was fantastic to see all the
students making an effort to dress up in Australia-themed colours. Room 19 and
21 did a fantastic job at presenting the assembly. Everyone enjoyed the songs
and all students spoke their lines clearly. Miss Lamb and I were so impressed
with our classroom’s efforts! Big congratulations to all of Room 19 and 21!
